Does Free Offline work without internet?

Yes. It keeps the core Windows business app and local data available without hosted sync.

Can I switch plans?

Upgrades are available through your account. Downgrades and Enterprise changes are handled directly so entitlements never shrink unexpectedly.

What about Hosted Lifetime?

Previously issued Hosted Lifetime licenses remain grandfathered. They are closed to new sales.
